On June 10, 2023, Order Of The Swirling Smoke held it’s 1st Annual Golfing For A Cause golf outing. While the turnout was smaller than we had hoped for, we feel like it was still a success. Everyone involved from the volunteers and sponsors to the participants and charities had a fun and positive time. Taking what we learned from this years event, we plan on making the 2nd Annual Golf For A Cause even bigger and better.
In total we were able to raise $1620 to be split between Fox Valley Veterans’ Council and Arya Cares. Representatives from both charities were on hand and enjoyed the opportunity to interact with community members as well as answer any questions about their respective charities.
